  We went to Capitol on Thurs 2/15 to purchase a bathroom light fixture. We were told it was not in stock but could be ordered and sent to us by the following Wednesday. We let the salesperson know that we needed to have it no later than Wednesday and was assured it would not be a problem,so we paid for the fixture. My husband called the Hanover store,where we ordered it,on Friday afternoon to request a tracking number to check on the delivery. We were told "it isn't available and wouldn't be sent and we would get a refund." When were they planning to call us,what if we hadn't called first? Totally disappointed in their service.

  When Jane Miles approached me, I was becoming completely confused.....there were so many lovely fixtures...What could I ever find to replace the antique that could be repaired at an exhorbitant price...... and along came wonderful Jane. She narrowed down my search to the real possibilities using size, finish, etc. She did not rush or pressure me . I was happy that my final decision was an item in stock. Within 10 minutes, a nice young man walked it out to my car, and I was on my way home. I would recommend Capitol to anyone.
